The Infant School Association (or ISA as they are known for short) are a group of willing and able volunteers who run a range of fundraising and enjoyable events throughout the year to raise money for the school. We had a special mosaic designed by the children installed at our front entrance and it is dedicated to all the fantastic helpers ISA have had over the years.
ISA regularly run Cake Sales, after school Craft Afternoons for the children, Quiz Nights for the grown-ups and an annual Summer Fair held on the Junior School Field. Last year they raised a fantastic £7,000 which was presented as a giant cheque in school assembly.
ISA are keen to recruit new members, especially with several of the existing committee moving on as their children leave to go to the Junior School, so if you fancy joining the team, or helping out occasionally, they would love to hear from you. (Please just leave contact details at the school office or via our 'Contact Us' page and we will pass the message on). There is also an AGM in September each year when all are welcome to find out what is happening and take the opportunity to meet friendly and sociable people; a chance to make new friends too!
ISA Donation
A huge thank you to the ISA Team and committee for all their
hard work during this school year! In 2017/18 they managed to raise in excess
of £10,000 to donate to School Funds, but they also provided some super fun
events for all the children and their families: The Family Fun Day, Easter
Party, School Parties, Mother's and Father's Day gifts, Craft Afternoons
and Cake Sales.
Their hard work means we can provide those luxuries for the children and
support all the school trips, drama workshops, Earthsong and extra games and
activities. Please see a recent newsletter which details all the lovely things
we have been able to buy for the children this year.
Thank You!
